1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the bod333 website at https://bod333.app, its subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, or any service made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. 3. Account Registration and Verification

4. One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the bod333 platform. Opening, using, or attempting to use more than one account — whether personally or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bod333 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses or winnings associated with those accounts, and permanently ban the player from the Service.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

bod333 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

Deposits are credited to your bod333 account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bod333 does not charge fees on standard Bangladesh wallet deposits; however, your mobile financial services provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bod333 accepts no liability. All deposited funds are used solely for gaming purposes on the bod333 platform.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted once your account has been fully verified. bod333 processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts promptly, subject to internal review and any applicable pending wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. bod333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal in line with its anti-money laundering obligations.

Any funds credited to your account through a bonus offer that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw ineligible bonus funds will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.
